This correspondence argues that podcasts offer a powerful and accessible communication platform to challenge knowledge silos, hierarchies, and incentive structures in global health. By fostering open dialogue and incorporating diverse voices, podcasts can democratize knowledge sharing, overcome geographical and financial barriers, and enhance knowledge translation for the public and policymakers. While acknowledging limitations such as production costs and language barriers, the authors advocate for embracing podcasts as a transformative medium for a more equitable and effective global health agenda.
