This study investigates the outcomes of COVID-19 patients requiring hemodialysis. A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 98 patients (97 on hemodialysis, 1 pre-dialysis) hospitalized between September 2020 and January 2021. The study found a low mortality rate (11.23%), with higher mortality among patients exhibiting severe clinical manifestations and complications such as diabetes, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease. The study concludes that close monitoring, guideline-based medication, and patient care contribute to reduced mortality.
