Abstract
Questo documento presenta un sondaggio online rivolto a un rappresentante per ciascun servizio consultivo-relazionale in ambito psicosomatico, psichiatrico o psicologico negli ospedali, per raccogliere esperienze maturate durante la pandemia di COVID-19 nell’assistenza psicosociale a pazienti, familiari e collaboratori. Gli obiettivi sono: (1) fare il punto sull’assistenza psicosociale nel contesto COVID-19; (2) bilanciare le esperienze con le offerte esistenti; (3) rilevare necessità di interazione, cooperazione e supporto; (4) migliorare l’assistenza psicosociale nelle terapie intensive in caso di pandemie. La raccolta dati è pseudonimizzata, volontaria e senza registrazione, con trattamento dei dati presso l’Università e l’Ospedale universitario di Basilea e collaborazione con partner in Germania, Austria e Svizzera.
