This paper presents a nanoscale light field imaging approach using photodetection with a p-n junction induced and moved within a graphene probe via gate voltage. Achieving ~20 nm spatial resolution, this technique is demonstrated by mapping the electric field distribution of a plasmonic slot-waveguide at telecom wavelengths. The method offers non-invasive, high-resolution, and precise nanoscale light field imaging.
