This study introduces a Miniaturized all-in-one Light therapy Device (MiLD) for point-of-care light therapy. The device integrates microneedles, an LED array, a control circuit, and a battery. MiLD's design facilitates transdermal co-delivery of photosensitizer and light, minimizing adverse effects like metabolic burden and skin damage. Successful therapeutic effects were demonstrated in mice for both tissue removal and tissue growth applications.
