Major depressive disorder on a neuromorphic continuum
J. Li, Z. Long, et al.
Using a Bayesian model on multisite structural MRI, this study decomposes major depressive disorder into three latent disease factors with continuous individual expressions linked to distinct neurotransmitter receptors and transporters from open PET data. Factor patterns predict symptom improvement and are stable longitudinally. This research was conducted by the authors listed in the <Authors> tag.
