Abstract
This paper introduces a novel “Lego Bricks” type wearable sweat sensor for large-scale physical activity monitoring. The sensor, fabricated using a cost-effective “Screen+Wax” printing technique, monitors sweat Na⁺ and K⁺ levels. The modular design allows for customization and high-throughput production. The sensor's performance is validated by monitoring Na⁺ and K⁺ imbalances during exercise under different interventions, demonstrating its potential for large-scale sweat analysis in intelligent health applications.
