This study examined the prevalence of internet use, access, and supervision among Ghanaian children aged 8–17 using secondary quantitative and qualitative data from the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection. Results showed that 90.5% of children had used the internet, with smartphones being the primary access point. Over half reported little to no supervision, highlighting potential risks. The study recommends education on internet risks and increased parental supervision.
