Abstract
Current biomedical materials often mismatch tissue mechanics and leach chemicals, posing health risks. This study introduces injectable, non-leaching elastomers with tissue-like properties, enabling minimally invasive implantation. The elastomers' curing time is tunable, supporting various applications. In vitro studies show cell proliferation, while in vivo tests demonstrate implant integrity, mild inflammation, and minimal fibrosis.
