This study investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Human Resources (HR) practices in UAE companies using a mixed-method design. Semi-structured interviews and a survey were conducted with AI and HR personnel. Thematic analysis and PLS-SEM were used to analyze the data. Positive and significant effects were found for planned training and development, tactical performance appraisal and AI integration, and the integration of AI with efficient HR practices. The moderating role of ease of use was insignificant. AI is crucial for HR's digitization, but the type of business and required skills influence training needs.
