This paper reports the development of high-performance crystalline white organic light-emitting diodes (C-WOLEDs) using a crystalline host matrix (CHM) with embedded nanoaggregates (NA) structure. A thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) material and orange phosphorescent dopants were employed. The resulting CHM-TADFNA-D WOLED achieved a remarkable external quantum efficiency (EQE) of 12.8%, the highest reported for C-WOLEDs. The device's high efficiency is attributed to fast exciton formation, a well-designed energy transfer process, and low Joule-heat loss.
