Abstract
This paper reports a certified efficiency of 23.64% for a (Ag,Cu)(In,Ga)Se₂ solar cell, achieved through a series of strategies. These include a relatively high silver concentration in the absorber, a 'hockey stick'-like gallium profile minimizing bandgap fluctuations, a RbF post-deposition treatment passivating the absorber surface, and light soaking to maximize efficiency. The paper discusses future directions to reach 25% efficiency.
