Abstract
This paper presents a stable and efficient hybrid light-emitting diode (LED) with a tandem structure, combining perovskite and organic LED technologies. The hybrid LED achieves a narrow linewidth of around 30 nm, peak luminance exceeding 176,000 cd m⁻², a maximum external quantum efficiency (EQE) over 40%, and an operational half-lifetime of over 42,000 hours. This is achieved by using a carefully designed interconnecting layer with p-type interface doping to optimize opto-electric coupling and reduce Joule heating.
