Abstract
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a growing concern, and this study investigates the effectiveness of multidomain lifestyle interventions in preventing cognitive decline and AD. Nine relevant studies were reviewed, showing mixed results. While some studies demonstrated improvements in global cognition and specific cognitive domains, no significant impact on AD incidence was observed. The review highlights the need for longer follow-up periods and more homogeneous study designs in future research.
