This article examines the current experience and prospects of humanizing FinTech within the artificial intelligence economy. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) and analyzing data from 118 countries (2021-2022), the study identifies causal relationships between FinTech humanization, blockchain integration into ESG finance, and economic/political implications. The authors propose an economic and legal approach to enhance FinTech humanization by integrating blockchain into ESG finance, addressing market failures and institutional traps. The research clarifies the humanization of the economy concept and provides an econometric model for predicting blockchain-based ESG finance development and informing state economic policy.
