Abstract
This paper investigates sulfonamide-tethered isatin derivatives as potential anticancer agents and VEGFR-2 inhibitors. The synthesis, characterization, and in vitro biological evaluation of these compounds are described. Cytotoxicity against T47D cells was assessed using the SRB colorimetric technique. VEGFR-2 inhibition was also evaluated. Molecular dynamics simulations were performed to study the interactions between the compounds and the VEGFR-2 receptor.
