Abstract
This study aimed to discover broadly neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 variants, especially Omicron. Using single-cell sequencing of B cells from Omicron breakthrough infection patients, they identified potent antibodies with low nanogram-per-milliliter NT50 values. Cryo-EM studies revealed structural mechanisms of broad neutralization. Rationally designed antibody cocktails demonstrated excellent neutralizing activity against all tested VOCs, including BQ.1.1 and XBB, offering a promising therapeutic candidate.
