Abstract
This paper presents a novel electronic skin (e-skin) that mimics the thermoregulating ability of human skin and enables real-time handwriting recognition. Microencapsulated paraffin, inspired by sweat glands, provides dynamic thermoregulation. A triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) coupled with a deep learning model achieves 98.13% accuracy in handwriting recognition, enabling a self-powered real-time handwriting display system. This work offers a general solution for thermoregulating e-skin and broadens e-skin applications in IoT.
