This research demonstrates current-induced domain wall motion in Fe3GeTe2 flakes, achieving a domain wall velocity an order of magnitude higher than previously reported. In heterostructures with Pt or W layers, domain walls are moved by a combination of spin transfer and spin-orbit torques, with their competition influencing the direction of motion.
