Abstract
This systematic review and meta-analysis investigated COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy and uptake among people living with HIV (PLWH). The study synthesized data from numerous studies exploring vaccine acceptance rates, associated factors, and reasons for hesitancy across diverse populations and geographical settings. Key factors influencing vaccine uptake and hesitancy were identified, providing valuable insights for targeted public health interventions.
