Abstract
This article analyzes climate change education (CCE) in Indonesia, examining its integration within climate change and education policies. Thematic analysis of policy documents and expert interviews reveals a significant discrepancy between the two policy domains. Four key themes emerged: marginalization of CCE, lack of synergy between stakeholders, predominant economic values, and an optimistic future outlook. The study highlights critical areas for improvement in integrating CCE within the Indonesian policy landscape and assesses its alignment with global trends.
