Abstract
This study evaluated the WID-qCIN test, a DNA methylation triage technique, in a real-world cohort of 28,017 women aged ≥30 years undergoing cervical cancer screening. The combination of WID-qCIN and HPV16/18 detection showed high sensitivity in identifying cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 3 and invasive CCs. Compared to cytology, this combination predicted a significantly higher percentage of incident CIN2+ cases, suggesting improved triage efficiency.
