This paper examines power dynamics in co-produced improvement work within health and welfare services. It introduces a reflection model based on Franzén's power triangle, developed from interviews with twelve improvement coaches in southeast Sweden. The model considers power dimensions (resources, discourses, contexts) and their interactions, highlighting the need for reflection on power-related factors such as resources, attitudes, and perceptions. The model aims to inspire deeper professional and organizational reflection, contributing to better power balance in co-producing health and welfare services.
