Associations Between Urban Green Space Quality and Mental Wellbeing: Systematic Review
Z. Xu, S. Marini, et al.
Cities are short on land but not on questions—this PRISMA review of 22 studies shows that the qualities of urban green spaces matter for mental wellbeing: vegetation diversity and water features show consistent benefits, while accessibility and amenities yield mixed or design-dependent effects. More standardized tools and rigorous experiments are needed. Research conducted by Authors present in <Authors>: Zhengyang Xu, Sofia Marini, Mario Mauro, Pasqualino Maietta Latessa, Alessia Grigoletto, Stefania Toselli.
