This study assesses the potential of Southeast Asian countries to participate in the semiconductor supply chain using a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach that integrates the Criteria Importance Through Inter-criteria Correlation (CRITIC) method and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Fifteen indicators, encompassing economic stability, technological innovation, and infrastructure, were weighted using CRITIC and ranked using TOPSIS. Singapore and Malaysia showed the highest potential due to advanced infrastructure and stable economies; Vietnam and Indonesia also showed promise but with limitations. The study provides a framework for policymakers and investors to enhance Southeast Asia's semiconductor supply chain integration.
