Abstract
Aflatoxin contamination in maize, caused by *Aspergillus flavus*, is a significant health hazard. This paper presents an integrated meteorological-driven epidemiological model covering the entire maize supply chain. The model, parameterized using Bayesian computation and monthly time-series data from a South Central Indian maize processing plant, successfully replicated historical aflatoxin datasets. The model illustrates pre- and post-harvest dynamics, informing decisions about sourcing and intervention strategies to reduce aflatoxin contamination.
