A systematic review of the effects of rumination-focused cognitive behavioral therapy in reducing depressive symptoms

This systematic review found preliminary evidence that rumination-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (RFCBT) can eliminate depressive symptoms post-intervention, reduce rumination, and may prevent the onset and relapse of depression.
