This paper reports the discovery of the morphologically mature galaxy JADES-GS+53.18343-27.79097, existing within the first 700 million years of the Universe. This star-forming galaxy comprises three components: a compact core, an actively star-forming disc, and a star-forming clump, each exhibiting distinct star-formation histories. The galaxy's high central stellar mass density and the radial profile of its specific star-formation rate, which rises towards the outskirts, suggest inside-out growth.
