Abstract
This scoping review synthesizes evidence from studies using the 24-Hour Movement Guidelines (24HMG) during the COVID-19 pandemic. A literature search across three electronic databases yielded 16 studies. The majority focused on children and adolescents, revealing a low prevalence of meeting the 24HMG during the pandemic, with a significant decline compared to the pre-pandemic period. Most studies focused on sociodemographic factors, while fewer explored social, cultural, and environmental aspects. The COVID-19 pandemic negatively impacted healthy 24-hour movement behaviors in children and adolescents.
