Each Gold Award-winning project receives:
- £10,000 in prize money.

- Membership in the World Habitat Awards Network.
Silver and Bronze Award-Winning Projects
Each Silver and Bronze Award-winning project receives:
- Year-long collaboration support from World Habitat, including financial resourcing.
- An online celebration event amplifying their work.
- Membership in the World Habitat Awards Network.
✅ World Habitat Awards Requirements
Projects from around the world are encouraged to apply if they:
- Focus on affordable and adequate housing.
- Take action to address the climate emergency.
- Are currently in progress or were completed within the last ten years.
- Actively promote diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Are designed and/or delivered in close collaboration with residents and the local community.
Note: Projects at the design, prototype, or planning stage, or those completed more than ten years ago, will not be considered.
