✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Academia:

    • Must hold a PhD.
    • Must have published a book or monograph beyond their dissertation.
  • Government/Policy/Nonprofit:

    • At least 10 years of relevant experience.
    • Demonstrated substantial policy impact, publications, or leadership.
  • Language Proficiency:

    • Applicants must be proficient in English.
