✅ Eligibility Criteria
Eligible applicants must:
- Be based in Australia.
- Be financially solvent.
- Support the ex-service community as their primary activity.
- Deliver the project within Victoria.
- Have no overdue reports from previous grants.
- Hold an ABN or provide ATO confirmation of no-withholding-tax status.
- Be one of the following:
- Not-for-profit companies under the Corporations Act.
- Incorporated associations.
- Other recognised entities under Australian legislation.
- Unincorporated groups applying through an auspice.
- Eligible social enterprises aligned with veteran wellbeing.
Eligible Social Enterprises Must Demonstrate:
- A mission supporting veterans.
- An operating model based on:
- Employment creation.
- Meeting unmet community needs.
- Profit redistribution for public benefit.
- A constitution showing a commitment to social impact.
Who Is Not Eligible?
The following entities cannot apply:
- State or federal government departments.
- Individuals or sole traders.
- Hospitals and health service organisations.
- Commercial businesses not registered as tax-exempt charities.
- Organisations that have failed to meet previous grant obligations.
