  • Formal education is not required if relevant experience is demonstrated.
  • Must be able and willing to train others in their community upon returning.
  • Good working knowledge of the program’s language is required.
  • Candidates should be nominated and supported by their organization or community, ideally one that:
    • Represents minority issues.
    • Has membership within the minority group.
    • Undertakes work related to minority issues.
    • Is composed of persons belonging to minorities.

  • Both Part I and Part II of the form must be completed and accompanied by an official recommendation letter from the nominating organization or community.
  • Only fully completed applications will be considered.
