The Tifa Foundation is currently accepting applications for its Re-D Fund, a financial support mechanism aimed at fostering Digital Democracy by 2026. This initiative provides microgrants to civil society groups leveraging digital technologies to expand civic participation, advance rights-based reforms, and strengthen organizational resilience in the digital era.

The Re-D Fund supports civil society organizations and grassroots initiatives that use digital tools to promote civic engagement and democratic reforms. It is designed to empower organizations working in challenging environments to build resilience and drive meaningful change.
🎁 Benefits
The funding amounts vary based on the type of application:
- Joint Applications (2 or more organizations): Up to USD 10,000
- Single Organization Applications: Up to USD 5,000
✅ Eligibility Criteria
The following groups are eligible to apply:
- Civil society organizations and collectives
- Community groups and informal networks
- Grassroots initiatives representing marginalized communities
- Networks operating in East or Southeast Asia
Additional Requirements:
- Must operate in countries classified as closed, repressed, or obstructed (as per the CIVICUS Monitor).
- Must be located in East or Southeast Asia and eligible for ODA support.
- Must have at least 3 years of operational experience.
- Can be either legally registered or use a fiscal sponsor.
