  • Have an annual operating budget under $350,000
  • Be based in the United States or U.S. territories
  • Focus exclusively on U.S.-based work

Organizational Status Requirements:

  • Hold 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, or
  • Operate with a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor or fiscal agent
