Eligible applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a grassroots, community-based organization
- Prioritize collective-action organizing as the primary strategy for social change
- Have an annual operating budget under $350,000
- Be based in the United States or U.S. territories
- Focus exclusively on U.S.-based work
Organizational Status Requirements:
- Hold 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, or
- Operate with a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor or fiscal agent
