The Texas A&M University Chancellor’s National Academy STEM Ph.D. Fellowship Program is designed to attract outstanding students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the fellowship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Earn a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field no later than August 2026. A master’s degree is optional but not required.
- Have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.9 or higher on a 4.0 scale in their STEM bachelor’s program.
- Apply for admission or already be admitted to a STEM doctoral program at Texas A&M University to begin in the fall of 2026. Winning students must be accepted for admission.
- Be a U.S. resident, U.S. permanent resident, or an eligible noncitizen.
