The Telstra Foundation is committed to championing young people by actively involving them in their work. As they kick off the second year of the Youth Advisory Council with PROJECT ROCK IT, they are seeking young individuals in Australia aged 12-18 from diverse backgrounds and experiences. The goal is to ensure a wide range of voices and identities are heard.

As a Council member, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Share your views on the digital world — what's working, what's not, and what needs to change.
  • Provide feedback and ideas for real projects supporting young people nationwide.

  • Participate in events and media opportunities.
  • Connect with like-minded peers from different states and backgrounds.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Telstra Foundation Youth Advisory Council, you must:

  • Be a young person from Australia.
  • Be aged 12-18.
  • Have a passion for tech, creativity, online safety, digital culture, or simply making things better for young people.
