📖 About START JINR Summer Student Program

START (Student Advanced Research Training) is an onsite JINR student program designed for students under 30 years old from around the world specializing in science, engineering, and IT. Eligible students range from their 4th year of undergraduate studies to the 1st year of PhD.

The program's main goal is to assist JINR laboratories in identifying young, talented specialists for potential employment at JINR.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the START JINR Summer Student Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be undergraduate, master’s, or PhD students enrolled at an accredited university or institution.
• Specialize in STEM fields, including science, engineering, IT, or closely related disciplines.
• Be in their 3rd year of undergraduate studies up to the 1st year of their PhD program at the time of application.
• Be available to stay in Dubna, Russia, for 8 weeks (remote participation is not allowed).
• Be of any nationality; international applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must not have previously participated in the START Summer Student Program.
