✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this grant, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be a women-founded food or beverage business (skincare, beauty, clothing, and personal hygiene products are not eligible).
Have a minimum of $500,000 in lifetime sales (pre-revenue startups are not eligible).
Must have been in existence for more than two and a half years (companies founded after January 1, 2023 will not qualify).
Be willing to take on investors in the next two years.
Prove use of funds.
Be a U.S. Citizen.
At least 51% of the business must be owned by women.
WBENC Certified.
Participate in a due diligence meeting with Spearhead Global and Heather Fritzsche (profit and loss statements for 2025, 2024, and 2023 will be requested).
Attend the virtual pitch on September 11, 2025 (if selected as a finalist).
Winner will be required to submit New Vendor Forms.
