✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Ph.D. Completion: Entrants must have received their Ph.D. between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024.
  • Application Limit: Entrants may only apply once within this time period.
  • Work Requirement: The work described in the entry must have been performed while the entrant was a graduate student.
  • Open to All: The prize is open to residents of all nations, regardless of sex or race.

📅 Application Date and Process

Application Requirements:

  1. Essay Submission:
    • Describe thesis work in one of the qualified categories.
    • Essay must not exceed 1,000 words and may include one figure or table.
  2. Reference Letter:
    • Submit a one-page reference letter from your advisor or a member of your thesis committee.
    • The letter should assess the applicant and comment on the significance of their research.
  3. Additional Documents:
    • A list of citations, awards, and relevant professional experience.
    • An abstract of the thesis.

  • 15 July, 2026
