Samsung India has opened applications for its Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Initiatives 2026, an exciting innovation competition aimed at empowering young minds to develop solutions for real-world challenges.
π About Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Initiatives
Samsung Solve for Tomorrow is a global CSR initiative present in over 61 countries. In India, this competition encourages young innovators to create impactful solutions using science and technology.
π Benefits of Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Initiatives
Funding for Shortlisted Teams:
- Top 40 Teams: Each team will receive INR 20,000 to further develop their project.
- Top 20 Teams: Each team will receive INR 100,000 to enhance their prototype and project.
Grand Prize for Winners:
- Winning 4 Teams: A total grant of INR 2 Crore will be awarded across the winners.
- Winners will also receive incubation support at FITT, IIT Delhi to refine their projects and make them market-ready.
Special Awards:

Digital Impact Award β INR 50,000
Awarded to one team from the Top 20 for the highest number of posts and engagement across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). -
Community Choice Award β INR 100,000 each
Two teams from the Top 20 will receive INR 100,000 each, based on maximum audience votes during the Grand Finale.
β Eligibility Criteria
- Open to Indian residents aged 14-22 years as of 30 June 2026.
- Applications can be submitted by individuals or teams of up to three members.
- The concept must be original in terms of science and technology or a wholly new product with a social impact.
(Note: Business models without innovation may not be considered.) - The team/individual must not have previously received funds/awards exceeding INR 5 Lakhs for the same proposal from any agency or competition.
