✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the program, nominees must meet the following requirements:
General Requirements:
- Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Each business must be located in and operate within the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia).
Business-Specific Requirements:
- Must have been established (registered with the Secretary of State) for at least one (1) year at the time of nomination.
- Must have no more than 99 W-2 employees, including business owners, as of the date of entry.
- Must be a for-profit or 501(c)(3) organization.
- Must be currently active and lawful, including having all required licenses and registrations.
- Must not have been a prior winner of the Intuit QuickBooks and Mailchimp Small Business Hero Program contest in the past 2 years.
