- Pivotal Role: Are there others who might claim to have played a pivotal role in this development?
Additional Requirements:
- Each nomination must include three references from "distinguished persons" who:
- Are not employed in the same organization as the nominee.
- Are not collaborators or immediate family members of the nominee.
- Are recognized experts in the relevant field with a strong academic or corporate profile.
