✅ Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be in the early stages of their career (1–5 years, excluding study years).
• Have an innovative artistic or cultural practice addressing pressing social or political issues in their local context.
• Have received little to no institutional recognition or support.
• Be from, living, and working in eligible regions:
  • Africa
  • Asia
  • Latin America
  • The Caribbean
  • The Middle East
  • Eastern Europe
