✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this grant, applicants must:

• Be legal U.S. residents of the 50 states (excluding Arizona) and the District of Columbia.
• Be at least the age of majority in their state of residence.
• Submit only one entry per person (duplicate or fraudulent entries will not be accepted).
