Black Professionals in International Affairs (BPIA) believes in investing in the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers. They are proud to announce the 2025 Otis Holloway International Affairs Scholarship, which aims to support students with a passion for international affairs, conflict resolution, or public administration.

β Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- U.S. Citizen
- High School Seniors
- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college
- Submission of school transcripts
- Letter of Recommendation
- Resume
- Strong academic and extracurricular activities
- A written essay (500 words or less) detailing the studentβs desire to:
- Represent the U.S. government overseas, OR
- Work in conflict resolution/international affairs
π Application Date and Process
Eligible students are encouraged to apply and take the next step toward their educational and career goals. Priority consideration will be given to students from Douglasville, Georgia, and surrounding areas. Students from underrepresented communities are strongly encouraged to apply.
