Shortlisted startups will enroll in a 10-week mentorship program where they will be paired with mentors from NBA Africa, ServiceNow, ALX leadership, and other corporate stakeholders. The program focuses on:

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Startups must meet the following requirements:
- Headquartered in Africa
- Less than 2 years old
- Building in the sports or creative industries
- Tech-enabled solution with clear market value
- Proof-of-concept prototype with potential for profit, inclusivity, and scale
- Two co-founders committed full-time (40+ hrs/week)
- Preferably registered as a company
Applications will NOT be considered from startups that:
- Operate as marketplaces (e-commerce, middleman platforms)
- Are late-stage startups that have raised significant capital and earn consistent revenue
- Lack potential to generate jobs
- Are non-tech enabled
- Lack functional prototypes
- Have participated in more than 2 similar programs in the past 12 months
📝 Application Process
The application process takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to share:
- Your startup's story and founding team.
- Traction (customers, revenue, milestones).
- Your business model and impact.
- A pitch deck and demo (if available).
