π About McCain Institute Global Leaders Program
Entering its fifth year, the McCain Global Leaders (MGL) program supports character-driven leaders from around the globe who embody Senator John McCainβs legacy of serving a cause greater than oneself.
Previously known as Next Generation Leaders, the McCain Instituteβs leadership program has prepared individuals to lead from a place of values and ethics since 2014.

π Benefits of McCain Institute Global Leaders Program
- Participants will receive a stipend to cover incidental expenses incurred throughout the program.
- The direct costs of participation in the program (economy class travel, hotels, visas) will be fully covered by the McCain Institute.
- There will be no cost of participation other than the time commitment required to participate in programming.
β Eligibility Criteria
- Open to mid- to senior-career professionals with at least 5 years of experience.
- Must have strong English proficiency.
- Candidates should hold leadership roles, actively drive positive change, and demonstrate service orientation.
- No age or educational requirements; applicants from all countries and backgrounds are welcome.
