- Educational Qualification: Applicants must have completed a doctoral degree or its equivalent.
- Ph.D. Candidates: If currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program, the doctoral degree must be completed before the fellowship begins.
- Previous Fellows: If you have previously been a Kroc Visiting Research Fellow, you must wait seven years before reapplying.
